[Pkg-pciutils-discuss] Setup complete

So I've initialised the CVS repository (cvs co pciutils), imported
2.1.11, 2.1.11-2, 2.1.11-15, 2.1.11-15.1, 2.1.11-15.3, 2.2.1 and my
current head of development.

So far, I've resisted to do more than merge in upstream and resolve some
obvious merge snafus.  However, I believe there is more that needs to be
done.  A lot of this implies criticism of the former maintainer, but I
bear him no ill will, just believe he made some mistakes.  I'll be
sending out those issues to this list, cc'ing those affected.  For
obvious reasons, I'll deal with each issue in a separate mail.
