Ready for release.

Two DHTML-related subtests are skipped.  I'll file ITP bugs for
the missing Data::TreeDumper::Renderer::DHTML, Data::TreeDumper,
asa, and Check::ISA modules in a couple of minutes - I've already
created basic Debian packages on my local system and the tests pass.
IMHO, the Template::HTML::Compiled module may be released as-is and
the Data::TreeDumper dependencies added later on.
