Debian release 0.5-1

      remove README.source. Nothing exceptional about the source package

      Update debian/control
      update short description for debian policy
      change section to tex, bump standards version (no other changes)
      update debian/copyright; convert to roughly DEP5
      modify changelog to match uploaders; bump date to avoid "timewarp"
      modify debian watch to deal with upstreams floating point version numbers
      remove debian/patches, unused now
      add ${misc:Depends}
      s/unstable/UNRELEASED/ while I search for source for latexdiff-man.pdf
      Fix debian/copyright. It is actually GPL2 only.
      new files to build manual
      update debian/copyright to explain status of manual
      add debian/clean
      rebuild man pages from pod at build time
      build and install pdf manual
      set priority to optional
      add texlive-latex-base as a build-dep
      use latexdiff-fast to avoid build-dep on Algorithm::Perl
      dch -r ; ready for review
      add copyright for contrib/latexdiff-wrap
      remove CHANGES, handled by dh_installchangelogs
      remove generated files from git, add .gitignore to make git-buildpackage happy
      add ${perl:Depends}

Pietro Abate (5):
      Imported Upstream version 0.5
      Imported Debian patch 0.5-1
      RFS first round fixes
      update to topgit 0.5
      fixed README.source. not topgit patches atm
