    prepare changelog for release
    
    I didn't fix
    - warning: unused variable 'class' (comes from xs / Perl OO, proper fix
      would be to add an 'unused' attribute, I believe)
    - dependency on xy could be avoided (the list of dependencies is queried
      from krb5-config)
    - missing-license-text-in-dep5-copyright (this is bogus, or I'm blind)
