Oh, i also updated libastro-fits-header-perl. As we use dh_clean in the clean target, we need to build-depend (not -indep!) on debhelper.

The debian/rules is not really up-to-date. I've inserted some parts (especially for the $CFLAGS stuff) from http://pkg-perl.alioth.debian.org/rules-template-noxs

The rest seems to be OK.

The packages are now ready for upload. libastro-fits-header-perl is also upgraded to a new upstream version.
