Is this still an open bug? The package is now in testing, not as much a "Module to Package" as a "Packaged Module" :)

FYI, Alexander Wirt <formorer@formorer.de> changed the O to a ITA, but this was in October '03. Anyhow, before we adopt it, we should contact him.

So just package your own and note that in README.Debian. Common practice, I think.

The .orig.tar.gz is a complete mess, upstream tried to package the thing but made really bad mistakes.
