Summary: libdevel-dumpvar-perl  -  OO reimplementation of the perldebugber's dumpval.pl script

Initial Comment:
Used to take structs and generate debugging data dumps which cannot be re-assembled, but look exactly like they do in the perl debugger, and thus are highly readable to most perl coders.

Used in error handing routines of applications, but nothing very significant yet, low priority.

Pure Perl, one file, no install questions, no non-standard makefile options.
