Bug#295967: libnet-irc-perl: wrongly installed documentation

The documentation of Net::IRC::{Event|Connection|DCC}
are installed as man Net::{Event|Connection|DCC} which
is not the place mentioned in man Net::IRC

I guess this should be corrected
