Message-ID: FROM: JOHN EKO. CHIEF AUDITOR MINISTRIE OF FINANCE ECONOMICS COTONOU-BENIN REPUBLIC. Dear Good Friend, Forgive my indignation if this message comes to you as asurprise and if it might offend you without your prior consent and writing through this channel. I am JOHN EKO CHIEF AUDITOR MINISTRIE OF FINANCE ECONOMICS COTONUO-BENIN REPUBLIC.I got your information when I was searching for a reliable, honest and trustworthy person to entrust this business with.I was simply inspired and motivated to pick your contact from the many names and lists in the web site. I wish to transfer the sum of $14,300,000.00 USD (Fourteen Million Three Hundred Thousand United States Dollars only.into your personal or company`s bank account. This fund was a residue of the over invoiced Industrial Contract bills awarded by MINISTRIE OF FINANCE ECONOMICS COTONUO-BENIN REPUBLIC to some foreign firms. This DEAL was deliberately hatched out and carefully protected with all the attendant lope holes sealed off.As the chief auditor,I have the cooperation and mandate of the Financial Director and the Secretary. It was my consensus to seek the assistance of a willing foreigner to provide us with the facilities to transfer this money out of West Africa. This is borne out of our beleive in the non-stable and sporous political nature of this sub-region. The original contractors have been duely paid by the Banque Centrale Des Etats De L`Afrique De L`Ouest (Central Bank of the West African States)This balance is suspended in the escrow accounts awaiting claims by any foreign company of our choice.I intend to pay out this fund now as the organisation is winding up its activities. Based on the laws and ethics of employment,we as civil servants working under this organisation, are not allowed to operate a foreign account. This is the more reason why we needed your assistance to provide an account that can sustain this fund for safe keeping and our future investment with your comprehensive advise, assistance and partnership in your country. I have however agreed,as the account owner in this deal to allow you 40% of the entire sum as compensation, why 55% will be held on trust for me while 5% will be used to defray any incidental charges and cost if any. Upon the receipt of your information, the certificate of job completion of one of the contracts will be issued in your for the transfering of the fund to your nominated account without delay. As with the case of all organised (sensitive)and conspired DEALS,we solicit for your unreserved confidentiality and utmost secret in this business. We hope to retire peacefully and lead a honourable business life afterwards. There are no risks involved. REPLY ASAP. With regards. MR JOHN EKO. I am contacting you of a business transfer, of a huge sum of money from a deceased account. Though I know that a transaction of this magnitude will make any one apprehensive and worried, but I am assuring you that everything documents that will bring about the success of this transation would be provided, and all will be well at the end of the day. I decided to contact you due to the urgency of this transaction. The deceased person who died Mr.Gerald Welsh died in an air crash along with his wife on the 31st October 1999 in an Egyptian airline 990 with other passengers on board was an American Oil consultant/contractor with the Chinese Solid Minerals Corporation. You can confirm his death from the website below which was published by BBC WORLD NEWS. WEBSITE. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/502503.stm Since his death, none of his next-of-kin are alive to make claims for this money as his heir, because they all died in the same accident himself and his wife(May their soul rest in peace). We cannot release the fund from his account unless someone applies for claim as the next-of-kin to the deceased as indicated in our Banking guidelines. Upon this discovery, I now seek your permission to have you stand as a next of kin to the deceased, as all documentations will be carefully worked to make you the beneficiary to the funds ?2,300 000 00 GBP(Two million three hundred thousand Great british pounds sterling) which will be released in your favor as the next of kin. Because after six years the money will be called back to the bank treasury as unclaimed bills and the money shared amongst the directors of the bank. so it is on this note i decided to seek for whom his name shall be used as the next of kin/beneficiary to this funds rather than allow the Bank directors to share this money amongst themselves at the end of the year. It may interest you to know that we have secured from the probate an order of mandamus to locate any of the deceased beneficiaries. Please acknowledge receipt of this message in acceptance of our mutual business endeavor by furnishing me with the following information if you are interested. 1,Full names 2,Direct Telephone and fax numbers For our personal contact and mutual trust in each other. I shall be compensating you with 35% of the above amount on final conclusion of this project for your assistance, while we will keep aside 5% for expenses that may occure in the process of this transaction from both parties, which will be refunded at the end of the transaction, the balance 60% shall be for me for investment purposes, because I intend to retire after the conclusion of this transaction and relocate to your country of residence. If this proposal is acceptable by you, please endeavor to contact me immediately. Do not take undue advantage of the trust I have bestowed in you, I await your urgent mail to my personal emailaddress:( jameswell@o2.pl) Tel: +447031943535 Fax: +447075023743 Regards, Mr.james well ___________________________________________________________________________ Mail sent from WebMail service at PHP-Nuke Powered Site - http://yoursite.com From info at yuhtdr.com Tue Sep 13 10:40:13 2005 From: info at yuhtdr.com (info@yuhtdr.com) Date: Tue Sep 13 14:19:24 2005 Subject: $BIwB/5U1g6f3ZIt(B Message-ID: <20050913104013.5388.qmail@mail.yuhtdr.com> $B=w@-$?$A$N@-M_H/;6$r$*n!"7]G=?M!"(BAV$B=wM%$J$I$H$*CN$j9g$$$G$-$k@d9%$J%A%c%s%9!*(B $B(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(B $B"!%R%^$G$*6b;}$A=w@-$N@-M_$rK~$?$7$F$"$2$F$/$@$5$$!*(B $B"!C/$G$b4JC1!*L5NAEPO?!*(B $B"!%Q%=%3%s!&7HBSA45!pJs$N%;%-%e%j%F%#!R2p$$$?$7$^$9!#F~$j8}"M(B $B!!!!!!(Bhttp://80607.jp/dt/giaku/enjo.html $B"v$*6b$K:$$C$F!"M7$S$b9%$-$JCK@-$NAGE($J%3!<%J!<"v(B $B%3%3$+$i=wn!"7]G=?M!"(BAV$B=wM%$J$I$H$*CN$j9g$$$G$-$k@d9%$J%A%c%s%9!*M7$S$J$,$i$b!o$b%2%C%H!*!J$?$@:#F8Dg$/$s$OBg?M5$!"$?$/$5$s$N=w@-$KG.K>$5$l$F$$$k!K(B $B!!!!!!(Bhttp://80607.jp/dt/giaku/enjo.html $B(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(B $BCK@-$X$4>R2p$9$k%3!<%J!<(B $B!&!D(,(,"!!!$*6b;}$A=w@-$N$+$7$3$$8}@b$-J}!!"!(,(,!D!&(B $B!&%a!<%k$G==J,$K%3%_%e%K%1!<%7%g%s$r$H$j$^$7$g$&!#B(%;%C%/%98r>D$OI]$,$i$l$k%1!<%9$,$h$/$"$j$^$9!#(B $B!&4pK\E*$K%(%C%A@.8yN($OB>$KNc$r$_$J$$$[$I6K$a$F9b$$%5%$%H$G$9$N$G!"$"$;$i$:!"$8$C$/$j9T$/$H5U6L$NMA$OL\A0$G$9!#$,$s$P$C$F$/$@$5$$!#(B $BCK@-$N$4EP>lF~$j8}"M(B $B!!!!!!(Bhttp://80607.jp/dt/giaku/enjo.html $B(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(,(B $B:#8e An HTML attachment was scrubbed... I'm building a mod_per2 application and lately the apache2 process has started to sigfault. I'm not sure when it started, but it _might_ have something to do with the recent apache update. I've isolated the problem to the 3 small files included. If I use MIME::Lite it apache will segfault on the first or second request. (Also if I run /usr/sbin/apache2 -X ) If I don't use MIME::Lite, everything works. Mr Dave Benton. Kindest Attention: My name is Mr. Dave Benton, I am from Portugal . I have been diagnosed with Esophageal cancer. It has defiled all forms of medical treatment, and right now I have only about a few months to live, according to medical experts. I have not particularly lived my life so well, as I never really cared for anyone (not even myself)but my business. Though I am very rich, I was never generous, I was always hostile to people and only focused on my business as that was the only thing I cared for.But now I regret all this as I now know that there is more to life than just wanting to have or make all the money in the world. I believe when God gives me a second chance to come to this world I would live my life a different way from how I have lived it. Now that God has called me, I have willed and given most of my property and assets to my immediate and extended family members as well as few close friends .I want God to be merciful to me and accept my soul so, I have decided to give alms to charity organizations, as I want this to be one of the last good deeds I do on earth. So far, I have Distributed money to some charity organizations in the U.A.E, Somalia and Malaysia. Now that my health has deteriorated so badly, I cannot do this myself anymore. I once asked members of my family to close one of my accounts and distribute the money which I have there to charity organization in Bulgaria and Pakistan, they refused and kept the money to themselves. Hence, I do not trust them anymore, as they seem not to be contended with what I have left for them. The last of my money which no one knows of is the huge cash deposit of Ten Million United States Dollars($10,000,000,00) that I have with an Asset Management Company Abroad. I will want you to help me collect this deposit and dispatch it to charity organizations. N/B:Kindly note that 35% of this funds must go to the tsunami victims,10% will go to Hurricane Katrina Victims, 50% to other Charity Organization and 5% for your effort and time. I cannot talk with you on the phone due to my health situation, as I am using my Lab Top Computer to communicate with you. You should respond to this e-mail if you are interested in carrying out this assignment on my behalf. God be with you. Message-ID: Dear friend, I know this may come as surprise and sceptic to you. I am one of the officials in the Energy management board,in Burkina Faso W/Africa.We had a contract with Denmark through the Burkina Faso Danish Cooperation, which was signed on the 4th of march, 2003 on the Electrification of the Urban centres offices and rural dwellers. The project has been executed, you can check on the website. www.SONABEL.BF.But,the main issue of contacting you is to intimate you that during the award of this contract, few of my colleagues and l had inflated the amount of this contract and the OVER- INVOICED is being safeguarded under our custody. However, we have decided to transfer this sum of money, $10.3million USA Dollars out of this Country for disbursement. Hence,we seek for a reliable, honest and not greedy foreign partner whom we shall use his or her account to transferring the fund. And we agreed that the account owner shall benefit 30% of the total amount of money, 65% is for us here, and 5% will be used for miscellaneous expenses during the transfer. If you are capable to handle the transaction without hitches and flaws, then we have confidence in the deal, and a risk free transfer from our side. Please, make it TOP SECRET and avoid every channel of implicating us here thereby endanger our career. Therefore, if you will not be able to handle it, please hold on your peace for our sake we are public servants.I pray to God for his providence for a smooth transfer, so that our retiring soon or later will be a better and blissful retirement life, as such we are very cautious towards actualising this noble venture. It can also be a once in life opportunity for you, because l know that we going to see face-face, preferably come down to Burkina Faso and verify on my claim on the said amount of money in the bank.Besides, to discuss business and investment in your country at large, and thereafter sit together to decide on the means of transferring. If this picks your interest, please do contact me immediately through this email address for more details and for easier communication. Please, time is no longer on our side. Message-ID: Dear Friend, Greetings to you and your family.I hope you are having a blissful week.I am Mr.Joseph Chau of Investment Banking,Union Bank Of China. On July 6, 2004,our client Mr. Irvin poot,a businessman, made a numbered fixed deposit for 6 (six) calendar months, with a value of US$20.5m only in my branch. Upon maturity several notice was sent to him and no response came from him. Another notification was sent early February and still no response came from him.The Bank officially sent a two-man delegate to his residence in Malaysia were he resides only to find out that the business mogul and his family perished in the Tsunami disaster. After further investigations,it was also discovered that Mr.Irvin Poot did not declare any next of kin in his official papers, including the paper work of his bank deposit. So, Twenty million, Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars is still lying in my bank and no one will ever come forward to claim it.According to the laws of my country, at the expiration of one year (1 year) the funds will revert to the ownership of Hong Kong Government if nobody applies to claim the funds. I am Mrs joy William from Solomon Islands. I am married to Mr. Lobi William who worked with our Embassy in Ivory Coast for nine years before he died in the year 2003. We were married for eleven years without a child. He died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days. Before his death we were both born again Christian. Since his death I decided not to remarry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bible is against. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of $8.5 Million with a Bank in Cote D lvoire. Presently this money is still in the custody of the Bank in Cote D lvoire. Recently, my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next Eight months due to cancer problem. Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund to a church, organization or good person that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct herein. I want a church, organization or good person that will use this fund for orphanages, widows and other peoples that needs help and alsopropagating the word of God and to endeavor that the house of God is maintained. The Bible made us to understand that"Blessed is the hand that giveth". l took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives are not Christians not even good at all because they are the one that responsible for the death of my husband in other to have all my late husband prperties and I don't want my husband's efforts to be used by those that conspired for his death. This is why I am taking this decision, I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord.Exodus 14 VS 14 says that "the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace". I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health hence the presence of my husband's relatives around me always. I don't want them to know about this development and l know that With God all things are possible. As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the Bank in Cote d' lvoire. I will also issue a letter of authorization to the bank that will prove you the present beneficiary of this money. I also want you, church or the organization to always pray for me because the lord is my only shephard. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy Christian. Whoever that Wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and Truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life. Contact me on the this email address and any delay in your reply will give me room in sourcing another good person, church, organization for this same purpose. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I Stated herein. Hoping to receive your response immedaitely. Thanks and Remain blessed in the Lord. l remain yours sister in Christ. From mikefinucane1976 at msn.com Thu Sep 29 07:25:36 2005 From: mikefinucane1976 at msn.com (Mike Finucane) Date: Thu Sep 29 07:36:53 2005 Subject: Read Message-ID: Hello Please do not be surprised on receiving this email. Though we might not have a personal relationship or have met each other, we could work together on this project I am about to introduce to you. First, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Michael Finucane(Barrister). Certain funds have been left behind by my late client, below are the details. Being that she was my client, I was her confidant as she shared with me virtually everything about her business and family. I was her attorney for 13years and during that period I wrote her WILL and was also named as the executor.I am also aware due to our cordial relationship that she deposited Twelve Million Pounds with a bank in England that was not mentioned in her WILL. She told me about it and asked me to prepare a codicil to reflect the money. However before this could be completed, she died. After her death, funeral and subsequent execution of her WILL, I went into action to establish the information passed unto me by my client. My findings agreed with the information. At that point, I knew I had to do something to move the funds out of the bank. Bearing at the back of my mind that I cannot do this alone, I have decided to contact you and seek your assistance and acceptance to be the next of kin to the estate. Aside my humble self and you, the relationship manager (Account Officer) of my client knows about this. He was very helpful during my investigation. Through him I was able to see the deposit paper work of the money that confirmed that there is no next of kin to the funds. It is necessary for us to move the money out of the bank on time before it will be regarded as sundry funds, which would give the bank the right to claim the money. I cannot move the money in my name because she was my client and it could create suspicion. Her account officer also cannot do the same, hence the importance of your assistance. Have my assurance that there is nothing to fear about, as we also need your assurance that you would work with me with a high degree of honesty and sincererity to achieve our desired objective. The legal procedure is no problem for i would be responsible. Since the codicil was not ready before her death, a letter of administration without WILL would be secured from the probate office. With this letter I would personally apply on your behalf to the bank for the release of the funds to you. Below is required from you to enable us achieve the above; Names Address Date of Birth Telephone and Fax numbers Upon receipt of a confirmation of acceptance from you, a sharing ratio would be worked out between the three of us and communicated to you along with my telephone number. Thanking you in anticipation for your co-operation. Sincerely, Michael Finucane.
