Bug#360593: libnet-domain-tld-perl: new() constructor is missing

Package: libnet-domain-tld-perl
Version: 1.65-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable


Although 1.65 is a higher version number than 1.5 which is in stable, it 
looks like it is an older version.  There is no new() contructor.  
I recommend reverting to the version in stable.

Sample code which breaks:

use Email::Valid;
print (Email::Valid->address(-address => "maurice\@hevanet.com",
                             -tldcheck => 1) ? "yes" : "no", "\n");'

Output:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Net::Domain::TLD" at
/usr/share/perl5/Email/Valid.pm line 169.
