It was already in place (for sending to the PTS):

But I switched to svnmailer too for the commit list. You will probably
need to adjust mailman configuration to accept all messages from
@users.alioth.debian.org ... and svnmailer limits the size of the message
to 1Mb for now, but you can change that yourself by editing
/svn/pkg-perl/hooks/svnmailer.conf if you want.
