libapache2-mod-perl2 override disparity

Hi,

I just adopted this package - and I agree, its sections are not
correctly set. Next version I upload will be with:

libapache2-mod-perl2: perl
libapache2-mod-perl2-doc: doc
libapache2-mod-perl2-dev: libdevel

The version I just uploaded had them set to web, doc and web
respectively - I guess the overrides were set by hand different to the
previous maintainers' packaging.
