Bug#401963: libapache2-mod-perl2: Rename source file

tag 401963 + wontfix
thanks

Hi,

I think this change would create more problems than what it would
fix. All the avaiable documentation assumes the module is called
mod_perl.c; third-party code will also assume that name. And yes, it
might have been a good idea to do this when the 1->2 API bump, but
right now, it would just create unnecessary headaches.

Besides, Debian has removed Apache 1.x from its unstable archive, and
with it, mod_perl 1 has also went away. If we shipped software with
configuration snippets for the previous versions and not for 2.x, it
would be insta-buggy. Users depending on mod_perl 1.x on the stable
(Etch) branch are advised to migrate to 2.x, as it will not be
supported in the next stable release.

I'm tagging this as 'wontfix' - I intend to close this bug in the
future, though - please comment further if you think it is needed.

Greetings,
