libimage-exif-perl is up for adoption

Hi folks,

I'm currently maintaining libimage-exif-perl, and I'm willing to offer
it up for adoption.

I don't use it that much and I'm not really maintaining it that much
either. It's my only perl module.

If the package is not taken over by someone in pkg-perl, I fear it'll
end up in Daniel Baumann's collection of badly-maintained packages :/

Please, think of the kittens !
