If I understand the changelogs and Gunnar's comments in #397491
correctly, libapache-dbilogger-perl should already work with
apache2/libapache2-mod-perl2.

I've now updated the dependencies in svn; could someone more familiar
with this issue please take look (Gunnar maybe - the bar at Teviot is
closing anyway in a few minutes ;-))?
