Might I adopt/co-maintain this package?

Hi Angus, (and hi, pkg-perl group!)

You are the current maintainer of libembperl-perl. I would like to
co-maintain this with you, or complete adopt it (putting it as one of
the pkg-perl group's packages). Would you agree with this?

Why am I asking? Because I need this package... I'm using it in a
production server, and it broke after a Sarge->Etch upgrade (see bug
#395870). Sadly, my NMU broke it in more ways in which I'm trying to
fix it (FTBFS because of some tests hanging, it seems)... But it
suffered from a bug which broke it under Apache2 (which, I guess, is
what many people use) for some months.

I'm sending a copy of this mail to the bug report opened by Vorlon
reporting of my NMU's breakage. I'm sorry if I'm utterly mistaken, but
I think you have reduced your Debian activity, and I think getting
this package in shape to be part of Etch requires me to make this move
_now_ ;-) Of course, I'll be delighted to be proven wrong.

Thank you for your time and reply.
