I bumped the severity to the libmodule-corelist-perl bug as the very 
core function of the package is to supply correct information about 
what was shipped with core perl.

Okay. I was not sure if ExtUtils::Miniperl was shipped intentionally 
or not. The trivial patch attached adds it to the list of 5.10.0 core 
modules.
