Hm, now that I think of this a bit more, that was all backwards. The real
problem is that Perl 5.10.0 includes a newer version of Module::Build
than libmodule-build-perl.

If libmodule-build-perl is upgraded to 0.2808.1-1, it can be coinstalled
with perl-modules and the versioned dependencies are satisfied.

The versioned dependencies can be cleaned up later if desired, but
there's no hurry with that.

Reassigning accordingly. I'd appreciate it if Somebody Else (TM) in the
pkg-perl group could take a shot at this, as I've got my hands full of
Perl 5.10 related rebuilds.
