Well, as implied by the name, libmail-spf-query-perl is a Perl library
(actually a Perl module).  It does nothing on its own.

I would start by reading the documentation [0].  Then you will need to
write your own program that utilizes the Mail::SPF::Query module to
perform whatever checks you like.
