Co-maintainership of libsearch-xapian-perl?

For a while the group's policy was "add yourself to uploaders if you
do any work on a particular package."  This resulted Uploaders fields
that were really long and full of non-DDs (who could, of course, not
actually upload anything).  He may have removed them because he did not
know who was/was not a DD.  Personally, I don't mind.  I have been doing
most of the uploading for the last few days and I wouldn't mind a little
help :-).  I know Damyan has done some uploading, but I don't think
there would a problem with you uploading if you can and want to.
