Bug#490416: libdbd-sqlite3-perl: FTBFS: tests failed

I cannot reproduce this in a sid cowbuilder chroot. I built the
package ~5 times, and the 07busy test always passes.
Might be some timeout issue in this test with the two processes and
the pipe.

Does anyone have some more ideas?
