Bug#470281: libdbd-sqlite3-perl: FTBFS: test suite failure

This package fails to build because of a segfault in the test suite.
The regression is probably caused by the recent sqlite3 upgrade 
(3.4.2 -> 3.5.6).

Bug #470272 is another regression, and might be related.
