Bug#473304: libhtml-wikiconverter-perl: does not start with --dialect=MediaWiki option

Justification: renders package unusable

This package used to install a number of wiki-specific Perl packages such as HTML::WikiConverter::MediaWiki.
It no longer does this, which renders it rather useless.

Starting it (as I used to) with an option such as --dialect=MediaWiki
will now only spew an error.

The bug is extremely easy to reproduce: run html2wiki
--dialect=MediaWiki and you're done.
