[#bla ooo]

That should be
[[#bla|ooo]]

P.S., it is hard to get to the HTML::WikiConverter::MediaWiki(3pm) man
page starting from html2wiki(1) just following SEE ALSO. There is no
chain of SEE ALSOs that link them.
