Agreed.

Here's a patch that makes it build with an older Test::More in the
meantime, fixing

 t/test01...........1/97 Undefined subroutine &NYTProfTest::note called at t/lib/NYTProfTest.pm line 143.
 t/test51-enable....1/129 Undefined subroutine &NYTProfTest::note called at t/lib/NYTProfTest.pm line 143.
