Bug#538014: test suite seems to depend on both a working network and a remote keyserver

Package: libvideo-fourcc-info-perl
Severity: normal

Building this package failed as follows a few times:

make[1]: Entering directory `/libvideo-fourcc-info-perl-1.1.5'
/usr/bin/perl Build --makefile_env_macros 1 test
t/00signature.......gpg: Signature made Tue May 12 19:23:16 2009 UTC using DSA key ID DDE66A2F
gpg: requesting key DDE66A2F from hkp server subkeys.pgp.net
gpg: keyserver timed out
gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found
==> BAD/TAMPERED signature detected! <==

#   Failed test 'Valid signature'
#   at t/00signature.t line 34.
# Looks like you failed 1 test of 1.

I think the keyserver was temporarily down or not
accessible, as it then started working. This test should be
disabled in the debian package, or use a locally cached key.
