Hm, I agree that the last line is not needed, but I think it's
helpful in places where the descriptions are rendered, e.g. on
http://packages.debian.org/sid/libnet-stomp-perl because it makes it
easier to find out more about the background of the used protocol.

Therefore I'd rather leave this line there.
