I'm curious if -34 is going to be uploaded soon? It took a while to find (may I suggest a note in README.Debian, or at least somewhere in the source package), but it appears your svn repo is svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-perl/trunk/libcatalyst-modules-perl. I'm building it locally now...
