this was marked by pkg-perl members as not needing to be updated
because the only changes are:
 * to tests, not relevant to the end user.
 * for with perl 5.6, which isn't in Debian
 * spelling fixes, which are minor.

Why do you want it updated? maybe the author missed an important
change in the Changes file? anyways I guess we could update it anyway,
it'd be nice to know the reason..
