Yeah, the error output from XML::LibXML has changed drastically.

I can think of three approaches:

      * fix up the tests to check for the new output
      * munge the module to produce the old output
      * something different that doesn't rely on the parser error

But for now I'm just going for the first. It's probably more useful to
users of the module to see the full parser error. In the long run
'something different' is probably the answer, but that's for upstream.

The downside of the first approach is that if XML::LibXML::Error changes
again, this will break again...
