The pod for Simple.pm has

Comments begin with either a ; or a # and must be on their own line. The object's hashref
will contain the variables under their blocks. The default block is "default" (see B<new> for
defaults). So, B<$conf->{Block2}->{VAR2} = Value2>

which causes tho have the $conf- in bold, and continuing normally when
the manpage is displayed. So confirm the wrong 'representation' in
manpage.

Hmm, please note that Config::INI::Simple may be superseeded by
Config::INI, and thus we should think about asking for removal for
Config::INI::Simple anyway. See [1].
