Perhaps just:

    Perl module implementing Class to build modules to capture output

The details, "Abstract", is explained in the long description.

It would help to be able to grep just 'perl module', because that seems
to be quite uniform:

    apt-cache search perl | grep -i 'perl module' | wc -l
    533
