Bug#586731: libdata-visitor-perl: no depend on libtest-use-ok-perl

Package: libdata-visitor-perl
Version: 0.27-2
Severity: minor

It looks like libdata-visitor-perl doesn't make use of
libtest-use-ok-perl and might drop the latter from its Depends.

I suppose it's a Build-Depends because Test::use::ok is listed in
Makefile.PL, but it doesn't seem to be used anywhere.
