There is no 1.003007-1 version in Debian:

gregoa at belanna:~$ rmadison libdevel-repl-perl
libdevel-repl-perl | 1.002001-2 |        stable | source, all
libdevel-repl-perl | 1.003009-1 |       testing | source, all
libdevel-repl-perl | 1.003009-1 |      unstable | source, all

1.003009-1 contains a Moose related fix, could you please upgrade and
check if this fixes your problem?
