[sorry if you see this multiple times the BTS seems to hate me today.]

Unfortunately it looks like there has been a regression between 0.62 and 0.70 
which I am currently using.  I have no /etc/apt/sources.list just a bunch of 
files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d and I get this:

Unable to open '/etc/apt/sources.list': No such file or directory
