The package libwww-mechanize-decodedcontent-perl is obsolete:

  NOTE If you're using WWW::Mechanize 1.50 or later, just use
  $mech->content and it will return decoded content.

Please stop using it so we can remove it from Debian, see also
http://bugs.debian.org/616669.
