Hi,

You're build-depending on libextutils-parsexs-perl (>= 2.210000) |
perl (>= 5.12), but the buildds don't know how to deal with that
since it's currently provided by perl-modules, which is part of
build-essential, and you can't have a versioned dependency on a
virtual package.
