Sorry for all the dicking around with the BTS; I made a bunch of mistakes
(like not realizing that "affects" *replaces* the current list rather than
*adding* to it, which messed you up since you'd already merged the bugs)
that I had to undo.  I *think* I've got it right now (and know better
for future).
