Bug#661370: libapache2-mod-perl2: Apache/SizeLimit/Core.pm not included in deb

Well, it's more that 3) will have to be installed to let 2) function :)

This looks like a simple mistake, so I plan to revert this as you
suggest (CCing Nicholas as the person who made the change).
