Status of libcrypt-cracklib-perl?

Hi

I have changed the license information in the copyright file and pushed
the changes via git to alioth. Also I reopened the ITP Bug#627201.
Please have a look into the git repository. If you think the copyright
file is now ok, I'll release the package.
