Ack, fails to build in jessie and sid but builds in wheezy.

^^ That's the actual problem.

^^ And that's just an additional problem which could be fixed by
setting HOME, but then the needed GPG key isn't present etc.

I've now turned off AUTOMATED_TESTING which enables what are actually
author tests which are not supposed to be run by us anyway.


But the Test::NoWarnings failures still persist; my hunch is that
they are related to changes in libpackage-stash-perl.
