No, it looks like it was fixed upstream in 1.623.

Unfortunately the patch (which I've attached for reference) doesn't
apply cleanly to 1.622.
Upgrading to the latest upstream version, 1.626, would seem to be
the easiest avenue, but this seems to be incompatible with
libdbd-anydata-perl (<< 0.11+),
libdbd-csv-perl (<< 0.3600+),
libsql-statement-perl (<< 1.33+)
as noted in META.yml and the unreleased debian/control file in the
pkg-perl repository. I've verified that 1.626-1 from there builds
fine with the perl 5.18 packages from experimental.
Now, libsql-statement-perl is already upgraded and libdbd-csv-perl has
a newer upstream version that we could presumably upgrade right away,
but libdbd-anydata-perl is a problem. The corresponding upstream ticket
https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=83293
doesn't look promising. It looks like we may have to leave
libdbd-anydata-perl behind. I'll file a separate bug on that.
