Bug#709367: ack-grep: ignores ACK_PAGER env var

Package: ack-grep
Version: 2.04-2
Severity: normal

The ACK_PAGER environment variable doesn't seem to have any effect:

$ ACK_PAGER=wc ack-grep Coon /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-2
   <signature of Ty Coon>, 1 April 1989
   Ty Coon, President of Vice

This used to work fine with ack-grep_1.96-2:

$ ACK_PAGER=wc ack-grep Coon /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-2
       2      12     106
