I've now pushed some things:

- pristine-tar data and an upstream tag for 2.0.8+httpd24-r1449661
- my branch, which started out from this "upstream" tarball, and
  where I've cherry-picked most of the nice things from Niko and
  tried to "merge" them with my changes
