Bug#757855: libwx-perl: embeds exact wxWidgets version, needs stricter dependencies

Yeah. I think it could work: if libwx-perl and libalien-wxwidgets-perl
have strict version requirements about wxwidgets, that should guarantee
that they match each other. However, I do like the Provides idea better.
