Package: libflickr-api-perl
Version: 1.01-3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,
After Flickr changed to SSL on june 27th, 2014 (se
http://code.flickr.net/2014/04/30/flickr-api-going-ssl-only-on-june-
27th-2014/), libflickr-api-perl fails with 403.

The problem is easy solved by patching the pattern "http" (2 places in API.pm
and 2 places in API/Request.pm) so they become "https".
Alternatively, use upstream version 1.09 as in jessie.
