Looking at libinline-java-perl, built with perl 5.20, we see:

Patch committed to git.

(Using dh_link in debian/rules, no idea how to do this cdbs-y.
Leaving it up to Jonas to finish my "work".)

With this change in libinline-java-perl, libxml-saxon-xslt2-perl
builds fine.
