Justification: fails to build from source

Builds of libnanomsg-raw-perl have encounted test suite errors on
multiple architectures:

So far, these errors occurred have occurred on kfreebsd-amd64, on
which block.t and poll.t both failed, and three Linux architectures
(i386, mipsel, and powerpc), on which threads.t failed.  (On the
remaining architectures, libnanomsg-dev was unavailable because
nanomsg's own tests failed.)

Could you please take a look?
