Bug#752797: Split cme is availabe upstream

Hello

No, I did not forget about this bug ;-)

cme is mostly ready upstream on github [1].

It's mostly re-written with RJBS's App::Cmd so cme is easier to extend.

Feel free to have a look and report bug on github.

I'll package it for Debian once Jessie is out.
