Justification: FTBFS in jessie on amd64

Hi,

During a rebuild of all packages in jessie (in a jessie chroot, not a
sid chroot), your package failed to build on amd64.

Relevant part (hopefully):
> debian/rules build
> dh build
> dh_testdir
> dh_auto_configure
> Created MYMETA.yml and MYMETA.json
> Creating new 'Build' script for 'Data-HAL' version '1.000'
> dh_auto_build
> Module::Build will be removed from the Perl core distribution in the next major release. Please install the separate libmodule-build-perl package. It is being used at Build, line 40.

The full build log is available from:

A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.
